So, my neighbor Amir Sadollah won his second fight on The Ultimate Fighter. For those who didn't read my other journal, The Ultimate Fighter is a reality show where 16 fighters come together and fight until there is only one left. It's on Spike at 10PM EST. <_<

Either way, today Amir had his second fight on the show. He was fighting this GIGANTIC dude named Gerald or something. The fight looked really bad, since Amir is fit but not like, super muscular. During the whole fight Amir kept getting thrown to the ground and pushed against the wall/mat, and it looked REALLY BAD. Then, all of a sudden Amir and the guy are both on their feet and Amir KNEES the dude in the FACE. Yes. Knee to the face. The guy falls, Amir hits him a couple more times in the head, and the ref pronounces the fight over. Amir wins.

I pretty much went insane during and after the fight. My brother called me from his house and we exchanged hushed words (his baby was sleeping) and my mother attempted to knee me in the face (and failed). I danced a little, yelled a lot, etc etc, IT WAS AWESOME. I recommend having someone you know get into a physical competition on national TV; it's pretty fucking amazing.

Amir = win. WIN, y'all, win. Big ol' fucking pile of WIN WIN WIN. D88 Still excited.
